Short Bloomers I have made 2 ways. First is the SHort-Short ones that have a length of 4 inches max. they are very short.

2nd is the Thigh Short Bloomers, now these come to mid thigh and for those who need a longer short, these are perfect !!They have lace gathered with 1/4-inch elastic at the bottom.

The bottom hem is decorated with lace.

For Fall and Winter wear, these are best made in Flannel, Velvet or Corduroy to trap your body heat.

In spring and early Summer, Muslin or Cotton will keep you comfortable and cool.

Short Bloomers or Thigh Short Bloomers can be made in any of the styles I have. Just Let me know.
