Capri Bloomers are a modest way to cover ones' legs. They come just above the calfs and have lace gathered with 1/4-inch elastic at the bottom. This keeps you warm in cool weather.

The bottom hem is decorated with lace.

For Fall and Winter wear, these are best made in Flannel to trap your body heat.

In spring and early Summer, Muslin is comfortable and cool.

Capri Bloomers can be made in any of the styles I have. Just Let me know.
